Women's Health Research Platform
A longitudinal study platform designed around participant data collection and researcher review.
Developed during a summer research internship at IIT Ropar under Dr. Sujata Pal.
Problem
Longitudinal health studies need consistent, structured data collection without making participant workflows unnecessarily difficult.
Participant workflow
The system supports questionnaires, symptom and menstrual tracking, and repeat interactions across a study.
Researcher workflow
Researcher-facing views support review of participant records and structured study data.
Data architecture
A React and TypeScript client communicates with a Node.js and Express API backed by MongoDB, with JWT-based access control.
Wearable integration
The platform includes workflows for bringing wearable data into the wider study record.
What I built
I developed the research platform across participant and researcher experiences, backend APIs, data models, and authentication.
Research direction
The system is intended as practical infrastructure for longitudinal digital-health research.
